Property manager not paying owner

Ok, first, thanks in advance for any advice I can get, I appreciate it. Been following Bigger Pockets for a while now, and your wonderful community has inspired me to get into real estate investing. But, I have to deal with my current issue first. What is a tenant and owner?

The tenant has been paying the rent but the PM company never provides it to me. A property manager ’s job is to make your life as an investor easier, ensuring the property is occupied maintained rent paying and the property is well maintained.
