Being evicted with a child

Can someone be evicted that has a child in the home? Can I be evicted for special needs? Does a parent have to legally evict an adult child? The hopelessness of this situation, is only a “feeling”. Because, it’s time to take action.


The family was evicted from one private house on a section notice and had just a fortnight to get out.
