Free employment legal advice perth

The Employment Law Centre of WA (Inc) is an independent, not for profit community legal centre specialising in employment law. We provide free , confidential legal advice on employment matters to vulnerable Western Australian employees. You can get advice from a solicitor but you should be aware that legal aid is not always free.

There may be other organisations who can give you free advice. In addition to receiving free legal aid for UK employers, the consultation typically does not obligate you to hire the lawyer’s services.

In the majority of cases, free legal aid is offered as support without the demand to retain the attorney’s services. The Workplace Advice Service provides access to free legal assistance to eligible people and small business employers who need advice or information about dismissal, general protections and workplace bullying. The Service is currently available in New South Wales, Queenslan South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. Kott Gunning’s Employment Law and Workplace Safety Team deals with all matters affecting the workplace.
